14 days to decide
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return any piece, without giving a reason. This is your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
How to return
- Email us at slowmorning2026@gmail.com with your order number and the pieces you are sending back.
- We reply with the return address and the steps for your country, including the return postage, before you send anything.
- Send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and with their tags attached.
Refunds
We refund the returned pieces and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the pieces reach us, or until you send proof of dispatch. If you chose DHL Express, the extra cost of Express is not refunded.
Exchanges
To change a size or a colour, return the piece and place a new order for the one you want.
A faulty or wrong piece
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photo. We repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, return postage included. Your legal guarantee is not affected.
