We maintain part of our inventory within the country and another part in our own overseas stock, allowing us to provide a wide variety of products at competitive prices. Processing and Delivery Time:
After receiving your order, our processing time is 1 to 5 business days. Once the order is processed, it is shipped via air route to the destination country. The average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the moment the order is dispatched. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance and weather conditions.
2. Shipping Method:
We use air route shipping to transport products from abroad to the international airport. After that, DHL Express handles the final delivery to the customer. This logistics method was chosen to ensure fast and secure delivery.
3. Order Tracking:
Orders shipped via air route may experience delays in tracking information updates during transportation. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this is a limitation of the tracking system used with this shipping method. However, we monitor all orders internally and will do our best to provide timely updates.
4. Delays and Refunds:
Although rare, delays can occur due to various factors, such as customs, logistics, or seasonal demand. If a delay happens, we will inform you promptly and make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, if the delay exceeds 90 business days, we will automatically issue a full refund as compensation. Other solutions may also be offered, depending on the situation.
